everything happens at once

As some of you will be aware I have been waiting for a building warrant so I could start an extension to my property. Well the multiple bus theory strikes again. As the council was dragging its heals over first the planning consent and then the warrant I decided that I would get someone to look at the boundary wall of the property about 3 weeks ago, after negotiating with the neighbour on that side we got the ok to have it rebuilt as it is at the moment a sort of dry stone wall/cement hybrid.

looking for techniques

I am new to felting, have been doing it for about a month now and am currently trying some fabric felting pictoral pieces. Need ideas on how to stabilize, connect to other fabrics and pitfalls to look out for. Hoping to benefit by your experiences. thanks, diana
