you may not know, but this is only my second year of processing the fiber from my alpacas to try to get back some of the hay money:-) I'm really having a good time with it. I have a great variety of colors in my animals, but I am doing alot of dying
this year. Last week end I did kool aid dying. I did orange, cherry, grape, lime, lemonade, and blue something. They are beautiful, like sherbert colors. and so soft, because I used baby alpaca. I also have some superfine alpaca in darker blue… Continue

Yes I have finally got there. Nine months after I decided to quit, I made my final appearance at work yesterday. I got a wonderful send off from my kids who all did me proud at the badge night. Children ranging from 3 to 15 came and took part in the display and receive their medals,certificates and achievement awards. I was presented with another huge bunch of flowers (they were pink this time, Tuesdays were blue), a nice bottle of wine, some B+Q vouchers, my own gold medal, an engraved rose bow… Continue
